Day 67: Anne, Sturdivant, and [ ]
Well, now we understand why [ ] didn't want them reading Rebecca's journal. Today's 100-word story in the serial novel Centenary.
67: Anne, Sturdivant, and [ ]
- There’s a lot here about her sex life. About not having much of a sex life, about things she wants to do unto and have done unto her.
- See, this is what I mean. It’s none of our fucking business.
- Apparently, she was no one’s fucking business. What else, Anne?
- This is kind of interesting. I don’t know if it means anything, but a lot about feckless loyalty, about loveless loyalty between Eli and his wife.
- Again! N-O-F-B.
- Here’s something pointed: “Did Steve Reich kill my dad?” Why do I know that name? Is he Tower Two?
- Read it, Anne.
