Book One: Go On Down
A day after Anne moves to Living Well Towers, her new neighbors can’t wait to tell her all about the death of the man across the hall. She feigns ignorance, afraid to reveal that Eli is the man she loved forty years before, in another time, another place. Afraid that his plunge from the 11th floor wasn’t an accident, afraid what it might mean for her, now.
